How do I check my Farm Source Dollar balance?
Your Farm Source Reward Dollar balance is displayed in the top right hand corner when you are logged in to the Farm Source Rewards site. It is also displayed on My Co-op app.
Do Farm Source Dollars expire?
Eligible Spend Dollars expire after 3 years. For MyMilk Suppliers, the expiry date depends on when they became a Fonterra supplier. For full terms and conditions click here
Tip: Your Farm Source Reward Dollars balance is on the front page of your statement and also shows any Farm Source Reward Dollars coming up for expiry.
