How do I check my Farm Source Reward Dollar balance?
Your Farm Source Reward Dollar balance is displayed in the top right hand corner when you are logged in to the Farm Source Rewards site. It is also displayed on My Co-op app.

Click the login button on nzfarmsource.co.nz and follow the ‘Forgot your username?’ or ‘Forgot your password?’ prompts. Alternatively call the Farm Source Customer Service Centre on 0800 731 266.
What types of products can I purchase with my Farm Source Reward Dollars?

What is the expected delivery time for retailer gift cards?
Retailer gift cards will be dispatched to the address provided at time of redemption and will arrive within five working days. Gift cards worth $500 or more, will be dispatched by “Signature Required Courier”.
Is there a minimum redemption for retailer gift cards?
Yes, the minimum redemption for retailer gift cards is $100. This is to ensure administrative costs are covered. However cash top-up is available so long as you redeem a minimum of 20 Farm Source Reward Dollars.
Is cash top-up available when redeeming Farm Source Reward Dollars?
Yes cash top up is available on most products – refer to table below. Please note, we cannot accept credit card information over the phone, therefore cash top up is only available through online orders.

What is the expected delivery time for e-vouchers?
E-vouchers will be emailed within 24 hours.
What is the expected delivery time for merchandise?
Merchandise will be dispatched to the address provided at time of redemption within 15 working days. Merchandise will be dispatched by “Signature Required Courier”.
How can I get a consolidated view of my rewards balance across my various accounts?
Rewards are earnt per transaction on individual accounts, if you have multiple accounts you need to consolidate your dollars using the Transfer Farm Rewards function.
How do I transfer Farm Source Dollars?
Farm Source Dollars can only be transferred between accounts that you have authority to redeem on. Login to nzfarmsource.co.nz, click on your profile, then ‘Store account’, then ‘Farm Rewards’ then ‘Transfer Farm Rewards’.
The merchandise I redeemed is faulty, how do I go about getting a new one?
Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged when the merchandise is damaged prior to receipt, or the incorrect merchandise is delivered. If you notify us of the defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise within 7 days of delivery, it will be replaced or exchanged for another merchandise of the same value.
