Farm Source Rewards Redemption Terms and Conditions

Redeeming rewards

1. These Farm Source Rewards Redemption terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are applicable to all redemptions made under the Farm Source Rewards Scheme. Any redemption of Farm Source Rewards (“Rewards”) is considered as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. All Rewards are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or substituted at any time.

3. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Rewards can only be redeemed by visiting the Farm Source Website, nzfarmsource.co.nz/rewards (“Website”), or by phoning 0800 731 266, or as otherwise specified in the special terms and conditions applicable to an individual Reward.

4. Special terms and conditions may apply to individual Rewards and will be advised to you on the Website. In the event of any conflict the special terms and conditions will prevail over these Terms and Conditions.

5. The number of Farm Source Reward Scheme Dollars (“Eligible Spend Dollars”) required to obtain any Reward may be varied at any time by Farm Source without prior notice.

6. Once a request for a Reward has been made, it cannot be cancelled or changed for a Reward of any other form.

7. Unless we advise otherwise in writing, Rewards cannot be returned in exchange for Eligible Spend Dollars being credited to a Farm Source Account, nor can Rewards be cashed in, exchanged, altered or revoked. Rewards also cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or otherwise destroyed.

8. Except as otherwise required by law, only damaged or defective merchandise Rewards reported within seven days of receipt may be returned for exchange.

9. Rewards will be dispatched by courier to the address provided at the time of redemption. Rewards will not be delivered to an address outside New Zealand.

Purchasing Top Up Dollars

10. At the discretion of the scheme provider, Members may be allowed to purchase additional Eligible Spend Dollars to pay for a Reward (“Top Up Dollars”). If this option is available it will be presented to the Member at the time of requesting a Reward.

11. The purchase of Top Up dollars will require the Member to have a minimum Eligible Spend Dollar balance as defined by the Scheme provider and will be communicated to the Member at the time of requesting the Reward.

12. The amount of Eligible Spend Dollars a member can purchase will be limited to the difference between the Members current balance and the value of the Reward.

13. The cost of the Top Up Dollars will be advised to the Member at the time of requesting the Reward. If a Member requests the purchase of Top Up Dollars the Member must credit their Farm Source Account with the cost of the Top Up Dollars within 10 working days of requesting the Reward in accordance with the instructions given by Farm Source. The cost of the Top Up dollars will be debited against their Farm Source Account once the payment has been received by Farm Source. If the Top Up Dollars are not paid for within 10 working days the Reward request will be cancelled along with any Top Up Dollars.

14. The transaction relating to the purchase of Top Up dollars will appear on the Members Farm Source Account monthly statement and will contain a claimable GST portion.

Gift Card/Voucher Rewards

15. All Rewards in the form of vouchers must be used by the expiry date shown on the voucher (if applicable). Additional terms and conditions may also be stated on the voucher and are imposed by the relevant voucher provider. It is your responsibility to satisfy any terms and conditions imposed by any Reward provider. Farm Source is in no way responsible for the quality or suitability of any goods or services purchased using vouchers. Any complaints you have with the Reward provider must be resolved by you.

16. Vouchers will not be cancelled or refunded if lost or stolen.

17. Once a voucher has been issued it cannot be returned or exchanged.

18. Vouchers worth $100 or more, will be dispatched to the address provided using “Signature Required Courier”.

19. Redemption of Eligible Spend Dollars for Farm Source Vouchers are subject to a minimum redemption criteria of $100.

20. Farm Source Rewards Vouchers can only be used for through store purchases

21. Farm Source Rewards Vouchers cannot be used to pay for Direct Sales (Sales Orders), Fertiliser and INL purchases and cannot be used to pay an outstanding balance on a Farm Source account.

Pricing

22. Prices (quoted in Eligible Spend Dollars) of Rewards, as displayed on the Website, are current at the time of display or as otherwise specified in the special terms and conditions applicable to an individual Reward. Reward providers may change their prices at any time. We reserve the right to change these prices from time to time without notice.

23. We reserve the right to correct at any stage any errors or omissions in the advertised prices of Rewards and of any fees and charges.

Delivery

24. Once redeemed, Rewards should be despatched to the address provided at time of redemption within (14 working days to a business address - for merchandise) or (five working days for Gift Cards/vouchers) of the initial redemption, subject to availability or as otherwise specified in the special terms and conditions applicable to an individual Reward. We are not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards after they have been issued or sent to you.

25. If you have not received your Reward(s) within the stipulated time, please contact us through the Website or on 0800 731 266. We are not liable for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of late delivery of a Reward. You may not cancel an order due to late delivery.

26. Rewards are considered to be delivered if you have not notified Farm Source of non-delivery of Rewards within 30 days from the date of redemption. After this time, Farm Source will not honour replacement of Rewards nor reinstate any Eligible Spend Dollars.

Returns and Refunds

27. Merchandise Rewards can only be returned or exchanged where the Reward is damaged prior to receipt, or the incorrect Reward is delivered. You will need to notify us of the defective, damaged or incorrect Reward within 7 days of delivery. Returns may not be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the Reward. A defective, damaged or incorrect Reward will be replaced or exchanged for another Reward of the same value.

28. Except as otherwise required by law and as set out above, Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for Eligible Spend Dollars, for any other Reward, for any cash or credit, or for any other consideration.

29. Products and services advertised on the Website/catalogue may be replaced or re-supplied under any applicable warranty given by the manufacturer of the product or provider of the service. We will provide you with the details of any applicable warranty in the confirmation we send you. We make no warranties or representations either express or implied and expressly disclaim any and all liabilities (including liability for consequential damages) with respect to type, quality, standard, fitness or suitability for any purpose of all Rewards provided under the Farm Source Rewards Scheme.

Changes to Rewards and these Terms and Conditions

30. We may at any time at our discretion, and without notice, withdraw, limit, modify, cancel or increase the continued availability of any Reward or the number of Eligible Spend Dollars required to claim a particular Reward. Reward providers may also change without notice.

31. We may change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

What we are not liable for

32. To the full extent permitted by law by Farm Source:

a. makes no warranties or representations either express or implied as to, and expressly disclaims any and all liabilities (including for consequential damages) with respect to, the type, quality, standard or fitness or suitability for any purpose of the Rewards;

b. is not responsible for the loss, theft or destruction of Rewards;

c. does not accept any liability with respect to any loss, damage, injury or death arising from the supply or use of (or inability to supply or use) a Reward;

d. is not liable for any delay or inability to provide any Rewards.

33. While we have taken care to ensure that any information provided about a Reward is from reliable sources, such information is published in good faith and we cannot warrant its accuracy. Product images are indicative only. Please refer to the product description for detail of the Reward.

34. Where we are liable to you under these terms and conditions our liability will be limited to providing the relevant Reward again or to refunding any Farm Source Dollars redeemed in relation to Rewards or services not provided because of our default.

General

35. Any tax liability, duty or other government charge or reporting requirement in connection with or on any benefit derived by you from the use of a by any Account holder or receipt of a Reward is your sole responsibility.
