** Sovereign Mystery Escape Promotion Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Sovereign Mystery Escape promotion (the Promotion) is subject to these Terms and Conditions (Terms), and by participating you accept the Terms. The promoter of this Promotion is Sovereign Services Limited of 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622 (the Promoter).

The Promotion commences on 1 June 2016 at 12.01am and finishes on 31 May 2018 at 11.59pm (Promotion Period).

The promotion is only open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18. Employees of the Promoter or agencies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible. For a chance to win, participants must purchase a new TotalCareMax policy through Sovereign by contacting Farm Source on 0800 731 266. The new policy must be issued during the Promotion Period and still be in force when the competition prize draw takes place. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the promotion process.

All entrants that meet the criteria above will go in the draw to win a Mystery Escape for two people valued at $1,648. The prize package includes a voucher for one Air New Zealand Three-Night Deluxe Mystery Break for two people and one $250 Prezzy Card as spending money. The value of the prize package is accurate as at 1 June 2016. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy in that value or any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize package must be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions of Air New Zealand Mystery Breaks and Prezzy Card. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value (including where the prize is unavailable).

The prize supplier and its related entities are not associated or in any way affiliated with the Promotion.

All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed in a Prize Draw to be held at Sovereign, Smales Farm, Takapuna, Auckland on 19 June 2017. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize package described above.

The winner will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 5 working days of the prize draw.

Prizes will be sent to the postal address of the winner notified to the Promoter. If the winner does not contact Sovereign or the prize is returned to Sovereign and remains unclaimed at 5pm on 17 July 2017, the winner will forfeit the prize. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at Sovereign, Smales Farm, Takapuna, Auckland as are necessary on 21 July 2017 for any unclaimed prize. The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by email and by phone within 5 working days of the prize draw.

The draw and the Promoter's decision in relation to any prize draw and this competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.

The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, you consent to the Promoter using that information to administer the Promotion, and disclosing that information to agencies that assist with this. Your information will be stored at the Promoter’s head offices. The Promoter also uses third party data storage providers, which includes related companies and cloud-based data storage providers in New Zealand and overseas.

The Promoter’s decision in relation to participant’s eligibility and this promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising in any way out of the Promotion, including:

• late, lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries or vouchers; and
• liability, including tax liability, relating to a winner taking or using a voucher.
