How do I check my Farm Source Rewards balance?

Your Farm Source Reward Dollar balance is displayed in the top right-hand corner when you are logged in to the Farm Source Rewards site. It is also displayed on the My Co-op app.

Where can I spend my Farm Source Reward Dollars?

The quickest and easiest way to redeem your Farm Sour ce Dollars is in the online Rewards Shop, visit Alternatively you can phone 0800 731 266 to redeem. You can also spend your Farm Source Rewards Dollars at your local Farm Source Store.

What can I get with my Farm Source Reward Dollars?

You can now use your Farm Source Reward Dollars to buy whatever you can dream of. There’s over 5,000 rewards to choose from in the online Rewards Shop. Or if you have something else in mind, simply call 0800 731 266 to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to get it for you - we call it Dream Rewards. From home improvements to a honeymoon, orthodontics to outdoor adventures, a boat, a birthday present, an engagement ring or an evening out. You earned it, so it’s up to you.

Are there any extra costs if I want to make a Dream Reward?

All Dream Rewards will incur a Dream Rewards Processing Fee of 5% of the value of Farm Source Reward Dollars redeemed. There is no fee on any cash top up portion of the redemption.

What are my Farm Source Reward Dollars worth?

We’ve kept it very simple - every Farm Source Reward Dollar you earn is equal to one Kiwi dollar.

What are the earn rates?

Purchase Earn
Through store (non-discounted) $50 F$1
Through store (direct or discounted) $125 F$1
Services, fertiliser and sundry $500 F$1

Is there a minimum redemption amount?

Merchandise: No minimum redemption
Gift cards: F$100 minimum redemption
Dream Rewards: F$500 minimum redemption
Mazda Vehicles: F$500 minimum redemption

Can I top up with cash?

If you don't enough Reward Dollars for a particular reward you can use Cash Top Up to get your reward even faster. Simply, add the reward you're after to your cart and you'll be prompted to top up at the checkout. Alternatively, you can call the Rewards Team on 0800 731 266 for assistance.

How long will it take for my reward to arrive?

Your rewards should arrive within 10 – 15 working days. Some larger items may not be able to be delivered to rural addresses or may take additional time to arrive. Please call 0800 731 266 to organise an alternative address for your reward to be delivered, if required.

Is freight included in the Farm Source Reward Dollar amount specified in the Rewards Shop and the Rewards Catalogue?

For merchandise this varies depending on product weight/size - but this cost is built into the cost of the product as displayed in the online store. For gift cards there is a $7 courier fee (including GST).

Some larger items may incur an additional fee for rural delivery. You will be notified when you try to add the reward to your cart. Please call the Rewards Team to find out more.

What do I do if my reward doesn’t arrive?

Please let us know as soon as possible and we will follow up with the supplier. Rewards are considered to be delivered if you have not notified us within 30 days from the date of redemption.

After this time, we cannot honour the replacement of the reward or reissue Farm Source Rewards Dollars.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards after they have been issued or sent to you.

Can I collect my order in-store?

If a reward cannot be delivered to a rural address, we may be able to organise in-store pick up. Please call us to check if this is applicable to your order.

Can my redemption be delivered to an address that isn’t mine?

Yes, we can organise for your reward to be delivered to an alternate address in New Zealand. If you are ordering online, please update the address in the delivery section of your order, or call the Rewards Team if you need assistance.

Can I exchange or return an item redeemed from the Farm Source Rewards Shop?

Once an order has been issued, it cannot be returned or exchanged for other products if you change your mind.

What do I do if my reward is faulty/damaged/broken?

Rewards can only be returned or exchanged where the reward is damaged, faulty, or the incorrect reward is delivered. You will need to notify us of the defective, damaged or incorrect reward within 7 days of delivery. Returns may not be accepted after 7 days of delivery of the reward. A defective, damaged or incorrect reward will be replaced or exchanged for another reward of the same value.
